We deliver quality care services to North London residents through different person-centered approach methods, to enable the individuals to promote independence and confidence from healthcare professionals who know what is right and customised to their needs.
We carry out face-to-face care assessments, from which a fully person-centered care plan will be made. All care packages are person-centered driven, identifying individual strength and support required, delivering companionship, one-to-one care, and support.
Care reviews are regularly carried out to ensure that the level of service is maintained, as are the needs and wishes of the client, which is part of our Continuous Quality Improvement program.

Our Professional Trained Staff
- All recruited HCA`s are taken through a rigorous process and standard, including enhanced DBS checks.
- Are trained to understand the importance of preserving every individual`s, Choice, Rights, Confidentiality, Dignity, and Privacy.
- Our trained specialist HCA`s can support critical conditions, including Alzheimer’s and other forms of Dementia care.
- All staff has regular reviews and training updates to ensure we are CQC compliant and feel supported in the role they carry out.
- All our 24-hour live-in care packages are further backed by our on-call support team if needed.
